About Our Services
Due to the artistic nature of the services our stylists provide, we cannot offer refunds for services
rendered. We will honor adjustments to hair services within 7 days of the original appointment.
Refund Requests are at management’s discretion and issued accordingly
The Secret Garden Salon & Spa Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that
sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hoursnotice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we
miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to
receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is
to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a
Cancellation fee will apply.Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to be canceled, the client then must cancel within 2 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not
cancelled 24hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card
“HOLD” transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at The Secret Garden Salon & Spa discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointment
CONFIRMATION CALLS
As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your
appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please
understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late
arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
Gift Cards
The Secret Garden and eGift Cards are redeemable for merchandise and services in all locations. They
cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Exceptions will be valid for the dollar amount in store credit.
We now have online gift certificates available! You may purchase over the phone or in store. You may
check balances over the phone or in store or choose a different person to redeem at any point. No returns
on gift card purchases, Gift cards are reusable and can be transferred to someone else as well. Please
call for more details.
Children/Underage
Please do not leave underage(18 and under) children unattended. We have many hot/sharp potentially
dangerous objects in use. All guardians responsible for service payments, we ask you remain during
consultation to get an estimate on price incurred and encourage you to ask any questions prior to
application & services performed. If you choose to not be present for consent of services at the
consultation up to check-out and payment, The Secret Garden Salon & Spa and stylists will not be held
liable or accept liability of consent for those underage by law. Please be aware per our other policies,
service consent forms will need to be signed prior to services performed for all underage clients.
